Well I have decide to put some of my favourite Recipes here to start with.

Cheese Things

1 cup Flour
pinch Cayemne Pepper
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
1/2 cup of Milk
1 cup of Grated Tasty Cheese

Add cheese to dry ingredients, then add lightly beaten egg and milk. Spoon portions into greased muffin tins or onto greased baking tray. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit

Savoury Smoked Fish

400g hot or cold smoked fish (skinned and bonned)
2 Tsp Butter
2 Tsp Flour
1 cup milk
75g Tomatoes, peeled and chopped
75g Tasty cheese, grated
1 Tsp Tomato Sauce
salt and peper to taste

1. Cut fish into 1.5cm pieces
2. Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour and cook 1-2 minutes until bubbling.
3. Gradually stir in milk and heat until boiling.
4. Add smoked fish to sauce. If fish has brrn colded smoked,simmer 4-5 minutes, stiring constantly, otherwise bring sauce to the boil.
5. Add tomates and heat through. Remove from the heat.
6. Blend in grated cheese, tomato sauce and seasonings to taste.
Use as a filling for savouries

Golden Syrup Pudding

Golden Syrup
3/8 cup Flour
2 tsp sugar
1 Tsp Butter
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp baking Powder
Milk to mix

1. Rub butter into dry ingredients
2. Mix to soft dough with milk
3. Place in greased basin
4. spread golden syrup on top
5. Place basin in saucepan of boiling water (water 1/2 way up side of basin)
6. put lid on sauce pan and steam for 3/4 hour
